Starting his career on Bay Street with the past 10+ years in the Okanagan, British Columbia, Rhys launched ECHELON Consulting to help organizations master their change curves. With a panache for building high-performance teams Rhys' expertise includes M&A due diligence and Integration, sales effectiveness audit & management, operational effectiveness & optimization, and human capital strategy & management.
He is also passionate for coaching endurance sport as a 2x Kona Hawaii Ironman Finisher and 4x Boston Marathon finisher
